GWP delay?

So I’ve been living in Glendale for less than a year now. And I know the dates I usually receive my GWP bill. But it’s nearly been nearly 2 weeks since the normal date when the bill comes in. (Portal & email).

Just called the customer service line and was told it should be sent out today. But there are no notes as to why there was such a big delay. The info they did have was that my meter was read on sept 16th, but that’s it. Only thing GWP customer service could come up with is that “billing is behind”.

Anyone deal with this before? Is this normal? My anxiety has been killing me waiting for this bill. Was getting worried something happened to my account.

AITAH for not sending my mom engagement photos on her timeline?

I (36NB) just got engaged to my now fiancé (37F) at a bit ago. And when I say at a concert, I mean I got the artist on board and was able to propose on stage. It was literally perfect. I had my best friend and her best friend there hiding until the moment it happened.

I also invited my mom, but at first she said no. She doesn’t like standing room only venues, especially the venue the show was out. When she found out I was going to be proposing from stage, she started to reconsider. I told her I needed a conformation because if she went I’d be extending the invitation to my partners parents.
My mom called me and we had a back and forth about her going.
Basically “mom - you’re welcome to be there. But it’s not my choice”
“But why do I feel guilty if I say no”
Eventually she fully decided to not go but she said she wanted photos.
I told her I’d send her the photos the concert photog took when I get those in.

Proposal went off without a hitch. Everyone took photos and videos with their phones. We all posted to IG, Had 1am pancakes, and went home. Woke up at 5:30am the next day because we both had work.

My mom called me around 9:30 am asking where her photos are. I started apologizing saying I got caught up with work, replying to the people who messaged me on IG, I was still going through what was on my phone and that I was still waiting on the pro shots.
Mom screamed BULLSHIT.
“No- you don’t get to make this about you. Not now”
She hung up.

I send her a captioned video cause you can barely hear me and some decent looking photos around 4pmish.
I don’t hear back from her.
But I did get a voicemail from a friend of hers later that night about how upset she was.

I call my mom the following morning asking if she wanted to talk about what’s going on.
I told her that I was waiting to send her high quality pictures, because I all I had was phone quality photos and most were blurry to some degree.
She told me she didn’t give a shit. That she was getting congratulation texts from her friends. That it took 19 hours for me to send her anything directly.

I reminded her that if she wanted photos immediately, that she was invited. She accused me of punishing her for not being there. And then called me and my fiancé rude and disgusting for my fiancé not sending anything to her parents till her lunch break the day after our engagement.

I was pissed. Lost my cool entirely. Told her to ef off and hung up on her. It was a 6 1/2 min conversation that was about her hurt feelings over my engagement and me trying to mange them.
I called my mom’s friend afterward and we talked, turns out my mom has been telling everyone how hurt she was that she didn’t get photos and is claiming she didn’t know the proposal was even happening. Which, reminder: SHE WAS INVITEd AND CHOSE NOT TO GO!

When I got the professional photos in my Google Drive, I sent it my mom. That was Friday morning, it’s Tuesday evening and I still haven’t heard from her.

So Reddit. AITA for not sending my mom photos, even meh quality ones, on her timeline?

Custom pull out couch business?

Hi! Partner and I are looking for a local business rec for either a custom couch maker.

Ideally looking for someone like the Sofa Guy in Thousand Oaks. Just closer.

Or - is there a good local furniture store that sells Murphy cabinets?

Let me know your recommendations
