Shed base. 2 paving slabs are not perfectly flat, could a packer or shim work in this case?

I am on a budget and have a DIY list as long as my arm. Next up is getting a shed (will install myself) on this existing old shed base made of patio slabs, but there are 2 slabs that are a little un-level by about 1 to 1.5 cm. Please see my photos showing this. Final pic - tried to get a low angle shot.

I could really do without having to lift and relay all of these if possible, do you think a shim could work long term here? Or am I doomed to have a wonky shed?

The slabs all seem secure apart from this, believe they are on a bed of cement. The cracked one is also fully secure, just a little ugly.

Also please ignore commenting on my measurements I am still deciding which shed size, concerned with the base atm. Thanks.

Any Gas safe people. Who is responsible for updating these through-wall gas risers when knackered?

Hello, I am looking for anybody who is gas safety registered to help me.

I have a through wall gas riser that enters my house.

It seems very old and corroded, with the top cap elbow bit not having any plastic coating anymore and the Fibreglass tube that is supposed to cover the yellow gas pipe is actually split on 2 sides. So not doing the best job of UV or impact protection that it could do *picture is not mine, just a reference image of what I mean. *

I googled it and it seems the gas company is responsible up to the metre, would they really be the ones to call to get this looked at and renewed though? It just seems too small a job for them. I don't understand why mine seems so old and knackered as my neighbours houses of same age seem to be newer and the gas metre was only replaced 4 years ago too (I did not own the house then)

What is this found under patio?

Had heavy patio paving removed at the End of garden, and underneath it was this pipe thing, anyone know what kind of pipe it is, what it is for and why it is there? Or is it even a pipe?

It was filled up with rubble already, fully covered by slabs. It is about 8 inch in diameter so wide, and this is the view of it sticking up out of the ground. Is is about 3inches below the soil surface.

A utilities laying company have already said they don't know what it is and this did not come up on a cctv drain survey I had done.

Recommendation for an indoor exercise/running shoe?

I have long term sciatica and meralgia parasthetica due to a medical malpractice incident.

I walk a lot now, but I am looking to try and start a varied exercise regime again in the comfort of my home. I used to be a hard cardio and HIIT workout bunny. Those days are gone forever, but I would like to know recommendations for a shoe that would help things be more comfortable than bare foot.

I would like to try some light jogging for a short period only indoors (so no danger of rough terrain and ample rest breaks). I'd like a soft but supportive shoe. Thanks!
