If you had 2 failed embryo transfer and one of those with 2 months of Orilissa. Would you do Endometriosis Excision + Lupron Depot or just Lupron Suppression before another FET? I was diagnosed with endometriosis after my first failed embryo transfer via a ReceptivaDx test. I’ve had no prior laparoscopic surgery. So I’m trying to decide whether I should do the surgery + suppression or just try Lupron depot suppression before my next FET.
