Hi!
I’m coming to HKUST for an exchange year from Newcastle university in the uk. At Newcastle I have just used my iPad for the last two years for everything and then used the uni computers when necessary for running programmes and stuff (marine biology course). I’ve debated getting a laptop for a while but was wondering if it would be necessary for Hong Kong? If so I’ll get one now but do you think it’s a ‘need’ or a ‘really good if you have it’? Thanks :)

Hi! My AirPod max (the green ones I think gen 1?) broke a few months ago. Had had them 18 months and it was the classic stop connecting, won’t play malarkey that is always going on. I’ve now got a refund for them and am going to buy some new headphones. The problem is I’m not sure whether to a) commit and buy some new AirPod max 2s, b) buy another pair of original AirPod max’s, c) buy a different headphone. I don’t know about AirPod pro, seen a lot of praise but I’m not sure about the in ear aspect as I really love the noise cancellation on the over ear. I do wanna say I LOVED those headphones, absolutely lived in them, loved the quality and the noise cancelling and the connectivity and the aesthetic. Literally any guidance would be massively appreciated. Thanks !!
