Should I get the AirPods Max usb-c or just wait and get the Max 2??
I’m wondering if there is any big differences because, I can get the max usb c edition for cheaper. Should I just wait and save for the 2 instead??

I love Jones Ma because hia products are excelent quality and 1:1 to originale. I recomend to buy from him The AirPods4 you recommended to me is of excellent quality, completely 1:1 original, with real and valid serial numbers, and most importantly, the price is very cheap, just like the genuine ones.

I’ve always wanted the pink pair and this looks like a great deal what do you guys think? https://ebay.io/m/d55eyY
I have a pair of AirPodsMax (Gen. 1) that started to have the sagging mesh issue an became very uncomfortable for longer wear. I tried a few products but none really helped so I designed my own fix.
All you need is a bit of TPU filament (85-95a) and the original Apple SIM tool.
It is a suspension strap (the original headband and mesh aren't touching your head any more)
It is my own design inspired by Capra straps (but they don't offer them for AirPodsMax).
The link has the 3D files and instructions.
Just bought a new pair of headphones in starlight colour. I'm worried that the mesh part would get dirty. Are there effective ways to keep it clean like a headphone cover? Or is it better to use it as intended and clean it when it gets dirty?
I've been experience issues with my APM 1 (the OGs with the lightening port) toggling between my Mac and iPhone even when nothing is currently playing on my iPhone.
I wanted to know if this a consistent issue across the later generations of the APM (1.5 vs 2) and an upgrade for that reason is worth it or naur... thanks in advance homies.
As the title suggests, I’m interested in the comparison between the two devices
I currently have the AirPod Pro 2 and have been looking at a set of Apple headphones to really listen to music. My APP2 are brilliant and I’ve loved them since day one but I’ve found after putting thousands of hours of sound through them they’re seeming a little flat to me now.
I’ve picked up a set of the APM usb-c recently and they’re good don’t get me wrong but they’re my first set of over ear headphones and the on head feel can be a bit heavy and jarring. Not to mention I’m not absolutely BLOWN away by every song I listen to. This is through Apple Music also, trying to get the best out of them possible. Some tracks sound great, some the mixing is just as flat as the APP2.
TLDR; Does anyone have both the APP3 and the Max 1st gen USB-C and can tell me for someone really wanting to sit and really listen to music which off the best out of the two?
Got a good deal at $400 a few weeks ago. Everything’s great except it gets really uncomfortable after wearing it for over an hour. I think it’s probably due to my glasses.
I’m a heavy headphone user, so I really love over-ear headphones for its wonderful battery life. But it seems like because of my glasses, I can’t really enjoy them. Gotta return it I guess.
Anyone else deal with this? Any tips?
Hey, I got my AirPods a few weeks ago and have noticed that they squeeze my head like to the point where I want to take them off. This is good when I’m working out but sucks any other time of the day. Any suggestions on what I could do to fix this or is this just how they are supposed to feel?
Just updated my iPhone to the iOS 27 beta before thinking about returning my Airpod max 2 and all I have to say is music to my ears and I will be keeping them.
I factory restored my APM2 last night, and right now I popped into the settings and realized custom EQ is suddenly available without having beta firmware enabled. Unless I somehow didn’t realize an update happened to beta 3 (pretty sure it’s not out yet), I’m still on iOS27 beta 2.
Also, I messed around with it for a split second and it sounds way better than I expected.
Hello, I've had a few problems with the USB-C Airpod Max headphones that nobody seems to be able to fix. I've called apple twice and sent it in and nothing happened; it's still broken. I'm on reddit as my last chance, because at this point I trust yall more than Apple. Here are some symptoms:
Extra Info:
Mostly use these headphones on an iPhone 15, but similar issues occur when connected to my computers (Windows)
I bought a pair of apm 1's literally 3 days ago and they've been hurting my head really bad because of how tight they are(I have a big head). I saw a post saying you could stretch the headband out and it would make them looser so I just tried that. Imagine my horror when the headband literally just snapped. Am I cooked?
Edit: I added a photo in the comments. I bought off of marketplace for $140. Please don’t clown on me if they’re indeed fakes…
Update: I'm gonna have to go to an apple store to have them verify in writing that they're dupes so I can do a dispute with the bank... Bonus side is that Best Buy has a 4th of July sale rn
After reading all the topics on Reddit I felt for the Amazon deal and ordered the AirPods Max 2. I was so excited because I was eyeing for this headphone since version 1. I already have AirPods Pro 3 which I really like and Beats Studio Pro that I also like. It only lacks some bass. Reading the bass was improved was an extra pro for the AirPods Max because I like deep bass.
Today I received the APM 2 and I immediately tested my favoriten songs and I just was not impressed. I also A/B tested with the Beats with 2 iphones and the same number simultaneously. I can say the soundstage of the AirPods Max is wider and cleaner but the difference wasn’t as big as I hoped.
Also the headphone got warm very quick so in the summer I don’t think I would wear this often. And I think the Beats Studio Pro looks nicer on my head. The AirPods seems more bulky compared to the Beats.
Maybe with the EQ in the future it will be better but I don’t wanna bet on that right now.
I just put them back in the Amazon box and will return them unfortunately. I am also thinking that the hype is mostly from people justifying the investment they made and I fell for it (as usual :D). So I hope my point of view will benefit someone also on the fence buying this product.
Not taking money into account. I want a good sound quality headphones and the noise cancellation is appealing to me because of the good things that I heard about it. Worth the upgrade?
I travel a lot and stuff, but dont expect to use these for running. Mainly flying, reading/studying, and walking around. I don't know about the ear pads for these but for the beats I couldn't remove them from the headphones when they got flaky if I wanted to replace them, and when I wore them after a couple hours my ears would sweat more and begin to get sore. I also heard about how the AirPods Max is a bit heavier and doesn't fold easily like the beats, making beats good for travel but with those caveats.
Beats Studio Pros are $250 and the Max are $550
I am an Apple iPhone user and MacBook, do. you think it's worth the upgrade?
When using my airpods max 2 connected to my phone they are constantly charging is there a way to change this as it’s draining my phone. And is possibly bad for the headphones battery.
I currently have Airpods Pro 1 (2.5k php) and Airpods max 1 (5k php) both second hand. I can say I’ve saved a lot buying used ones than brandnew. Now, Im thinking about s3lling my Airpods Max 1 and buying APP3. I usually use airpods pro for running, gym (no ac), and going out. My APP1 runs out of battery quick like 1.5 to 2.5hrs only. I want to dissolve my devices that uses lightning port and I also need the findmy feature because i tend to misplace it. Is it worth it to only have APP3? How’s the sound quality, ANC, and fit?
I recently got my max. I’m considering getting a stand for my desk Do you have any recommendations?
Also I noticed that Amazon sells case covers for the ear cups. I was thinking about getting them, but I’m not sure if they would make the airpods look cheap or worse, and if they would trap dust and other debris underneath.
Hi all,
The title pretty much sums it all up. I bought an “A” grade pair of AirPod Max 2s from CeX and they still have a few days left of qualifying for adding AppleCare to them. But just wondering if there’s a point having two years of AppleCare when CeX offers a five-year warranty? The only main difference I can see is AppleCare covers accidental damage.
Cheers
