I just finished chapter 650, and I’ve found that his more like “his own self” oriented rather than benefits, but that own self mostly(almost always) seem to be prioritizing benefits rather than anything else. I could be wrong tho

I don’t think Limitless Demon Venerable is as stupid as the way he acted when he confronted the chaos outside the Crazed Demon Cave boundary. I mean a million years of planning and accumulation to die as prematurely as this? I think he’s ass is coming back, what y’all think?
