What am I missing to get that "Fujifilm look" in my photos?

Shot on an XT-3 with XF 23mm. All photos have been edited using Adobe Lightroom.

I've tried different film simulations, recipes, mist filters, and edited as little as possible, but my images still feel... dull. They seem to lack that cinematic, straight out of camera magic that people always talk about. There seems to be little color, no warmth, no sense of personality, it looks sterile.

  • Are there any common mistakes that stop photos from looking "Fuji"?
  • Is it mostly lighting, composition, lenses, recipes, post-processing, or just experience?

I'd really appreciate any honest feedback or advice. Maybe rating my photos would help? I'm new to photography and I'm really open to advice! I'm trying to understand what I'm missing rather than just collecting more recipes.

Thanks!
