Can I do engineering on my own and self learn as I get access to the labs and stuff....

want to build great things, already know some of arduino, raspberry pi, python ( specially good at opencv)

want to build inspired from hacksmith, mark rober, musk etc

dont judge

I can get any college in delhi (homestate), with any branch.
I want to create nice stuff like robots or with code. very very nice stuff.

I already know opencv, tensorflow (python cv to a some extent that i can make some programs)

i know arduino, raspberry pi ( tried just once)

all i want is to build great things because its my passion

any suggestions ( genuine people only plss)
