Went with the rep pepins and QuickDraws

So I could try them both.

Still waiting on one more pepin in the mail hopefully I get it tomorrow.

Yall think I should send them back and wait on the freak athlete adjustable dumbbell 💪 😂

I’ve been looking at adjustable dumbbells in alibaba after some recommendations were mentioned.

Anyways I saw these n I was wondering if anyone in the community has bought these knockoffs n most importantly would you recommend them?

Hey fellow community friends.

I’m looking for advice on a good pair of adjustable dumbbells.

Been sitting on FB marketplace but most good ones are going for retail price 😂 so I rather just get new ones with warranty than save $30-40.

I will be taking the dumbbells with me on the road since I travel from location to location for my job.

Currently have some dumbbell handles and some plates that I take with me on the road, but I’m trying to take less items 😆. I also don’t throw my dumbbells on the ground like ever so while drop warranty is nice I don’t think I’ll need it that badly.

Anyways I’ll add some pictures of my current set up and some of the dumbbells I’ve been looking at and I hope yall can steer me in the right direction.

Or maybe advice me on some I haven’t seen.

Hey real quick is there a specific weight scales you guys recommend for tracking?

I was looking into the ones that give you body measurements and I know they aren’t going to be accurate like a Dexa or anything but would still like options as to what the community recommends as standard!

Hey guys just got a pegboard on FB marketplace.

I set it up and was able to get some of my attachments on there however I’m having trouble hanging my MAG grips on it, specially the longer one.

Are there any specific peg attachments yall would recommend for this, or maybe a different attachment for a 3x3 rack with 1” holes??

Started building a a home gym from FB Marketplace 2 months ago and I got lucky with a full functional trainer from Fray Fitness for just $1000 and a 6hr drive 😂.

Only part that hasn’t been from FB was the blue cross members and the 2 rep logo cross members. FB was taking to long and I said Eff it during a sale 😆.

Should have probably painted the walls before hand 2 but oh well.
