How is the work in secondaries PE? How deep do you get into an asset that you’re taking from an LP? What’s the day to day and total comp broken down? Would love to get a gauge.

Would love to hear as a gauge and comparison to myself what those of you who are in Metropolitan cities get paid in salary + bonus and also mention your age/experience. For me I’m 24 and I expect to be getting just north of 90k.
How many hours a week do you usually work in project finance in each role? Also, in each role in the major metropolitan cities what are the salaries plus bonuses on average? I’m curious to see where I am in comparison.
What is a common range for total compensation within project finance? From analyst all the way to the top. I know it varies but on average what would the total conversation be including bonus? Also, what are common bonus percentages and how do they work?
Most common exit opportunities in Project Finance? Like the top 3
Best master degrees for anything similar to infrastructure investing? Maybe real assets? I would prefer online.
Anyone who is a equity research analyst on the buy side or at least knows a good amount about the career:
What is a day of work typically look like? What’s your work consist of?
How’s the pay? How is the bonus?
Do you still get the opportunity to monitor assets within your own firms portfolio after they have bought stock that you researched? (My bad if this is a stupid one)
Hours?
Career trajectory ?
Who are all the GPs in the Bay Area for Private Equity Infrastructure? Either having an Infra arm or are pure infra. Doesn’t have to be the firms HQ but if they have an Infra presence in the Bay Area
Anyone have the CFA but work in Private equity or an adjacent field ? Is it respected/useful? I’m studying for level 2 of the CFA but hope to break more into the private side. I have time to do it right now so i feel it wont hurt.

Best realistic exit opportunities for someone at a big LP within the Infrastructure asset class? From a small non target though.
