Has My Flow ever been fixed?

Like this is not working for the past 2 - 3 years for me. Atleast before it would show me a QR code and then will fail at the connectivity part but now not even that is showing. I have reported this issue 1 or 2 times in the "report a bug" but there is no response?

Too much Inconsistency when trying to get better in my life

Hi,
I have been trying to get my life back on track with fitness, reducing money spending and learning to improve my tech stack. I graduated from college and got into a software engineer job about an year ago and till now I just feel like a sloth. For which I am trying to improve now

My Daily Routine:
For the past month, I am waking up at 5- 5:15 am and then I go to the gym , spend about 1 to 2 hours there, come home drink some smoothie that I had made last night, take my meals that I prepared last night or the night before ,heat them up up and go to office. I usually come home around 7, 7:30ish, take a bath and cook some simple dinner, Learn for an hour and then back to bed at 10pm,read some novels, mangas and sleep by 10:30.

This sounds fine but I just cant keep it up regularly and that is my issue.

Gym:
I wake up at the latest of 5: 15 am as i keep my secondary phone in another room and that wakes me up and I have to go and switch it off. I don't feel sleepy but I just give some bullshit excuse to just not to go to the gym like "I went yesterday i can take off today and go again tomorrow " or if I feel sleepy "I just say that I did not get enough sleep" and stuff like that. I then proceed to sleep till 7:30 and wake up to the alarm ringing to get up to get ready for work. I do have a motto of missing 1 day of gym but definitely not 2 consequent days that too only rarely, but it just feels like even that is backfiring on me and I take that as coupon for a break/cheat day. Going to gym on evening is out of question as I am just tired from just getting home from work.

Breakfast and Lunch:
I just make a fruit smoothie for breakfast and for lunch some protein rich food which i just do a whole and make it into 2-3 batches depending on the quantity and i take 1 batch for 1 day's lunch. I have time to make the fruit smoothie but definitely not the time to make the lunch so I do it after I make dinner. Here sometimes I just miss making the smoothie saying I have time to make it on the morning and then failing to do even that and just eat some ready made cereals and then go to work and for lunch once my last batch gets finished I just don't wanna cook again in the night. and with that the following day i just got to nearby restaurant to eat wasting money that I know could have been saved if i just cooked at home that day before. If I meal prep then the schedule for learning or gaming is reduced and then I feel like I then did not get any personal time and then proceed to extend my time on the phone in bed and that just affects in the following day.

Learning:
Somehow the time I had after dinner and before bed which I used to play games ,I finally managed to reduce it and then use it for learning new stuff and kept my gaming on weekends alone. I felt like I was going nowhere with my career, along with the job market in tech that is really cooked, I think that fear is probably a good motivator for me and which is the one thing that for the past 1 week I am doing was learning consistently. I do have doubts whether my drive to learn will last another month or so.

The thing I can say is I am almost in the last step of having a good routine and making my life and myself a better be in a better place but again I can tell I am still failing in the last step which I would say is my own motivation and attitude. Like I have done everything that can help me from the external methods but because of my attitude I just end up doing things half heartedly and sometimes just straight up failing to do anything. Is there anything I can do to motivate myself to just get over it and get things done?

Amazfit Active 3 Premium Battery life doubts

I brought a Active 3 premium a while back and I have been getting at most 4 days - 4.5 days.
I normally go to gym everyday( 2 hours of workout) + driving with the GPS on which in total for a day is about 30 minutes. I also wear it when i sleep to track my sleep. I charge the device as soon as the battery hits 20% remaining.
No AOD and the heart and stress monitors track once for every 5 minutes.

Currently out of station and other than not working out, i am doing approximately the same things from amount of sleep to driving around. Its been 5 days since i last charged it and the battery is currently at 45% .

Is there some settings that is getting on during the 2 hour gym workouts that is draining the battery so much as I don't understand the draining issue or is this normal?

Also would like to know the best % to charge from as to preserve proper battery health, whether to drain it near 10 % or is the charging from 20% is already fine?
