The sky looks clear of tornadic conditions overhead, but ... IDK, be careful?

I had my home's wood fascia and trim replaced with PVC.

The contractor finished today, but skipped out on our scheduled walkthrough inspection where I (homeowner) was to sign off on the job when I got home.

The circled items seem like problems, especially:

- holes/gaps at the top and bottom of the newly replaced porch column

- gaps along the roofline and what looks like deformed flashing along the seam between shingles and fascia

I just finished refurb'ing this machine from ~1970 for a friend. It had been dropped and needed some light mechanica work in addition to a good cleaning.
