Except for the classic stereotype of 3E that is cold and seemingly emotionally unreachable

I'm so tired of that representation of 3Es can you both describe me 3Es and show me character and people examples of 3Es that aren't cold and unfriendly

I'm asking for my friends, we checked their typology together and these seems like the best ones that suits them:

INTJ ILI sx/so5w6(39) LVFE /R/x[O]Ei melancholic-choleric chaotic neutral

Recently I started to see people talk about it's not possible to have 4F if you really like doing or watching/hearing/seeing art.

I think I'm 4F-1 but I do many things like skating, acting, writing, drawing etc. I dress up and like make up too, I'm not too careless about my look but I don't care it that much. I like to have fun and attend in fun and dynamic activities and I hate pain (I mean I am an e7, so7 but still a 7) 🤷‍♀️ plus I definitely don't think the pain part doesn't contradict 4F)

But I engage in drawing to take my mind off things, like as a break. I like music especially loud music to prevent some of my thoughts to get too loud to go into a spiral. I like acting because I don't have to show my real emotions, after all those are characters' emotions not mine. I like writing because my mind is messy and it helps me to organize it, plus I want to publish a book to inform people and at least help a little to this world and leave my mark. Idk why I like skating, it helps me to blow of steam I guess, plus I form a network and learn things from people.

But I don't really listen to my body, I sometimes push myself too far and don't take care of my body's needs, especially when I have something in my mind and that I'm determined to finish it. I forget to eat or drink water if someone doesn't remind me. People even worry about my health because of this.

I am unorganized and I don't organize anything especially my wardrobe or bag because I don't care if I can find what I need. (I'm even [U] in big5)

I still think I'm 4F (VLEF to ne spesific) but people said I'm not because of the things I said in 2nd paragraph. What do you think?

I know they're not that similar but both of them seems to suit me idk, I feel like VLEF suit more but I might be biased
