Orientation and contract signing location
Hypothetically, If I were to pass the DOST-SEI Undergrad Scholarship, would the venue be where I took the exam? Or could I pick the location myself?
I moved back to Pampanga for college but I took the exam in Laguna. If the venue is where I took the exam, could I request for my venue to be changed?

BSCS not included as priority program in BP Merit Scholarship
context: the scholarship only accepts programs designated as Center of Excellence (COE) or Center of Development (COD) by CHED and with Level 3 or Level 4 Accreditation.
Basically, got accepted to BSCS-ST but I was under the impression that it’s in the list since DLSU has a COE in Information Technology(I would assume CS is under that since there is no separate COE for CS).
Other CS programs from other schools were listed though such as ADMU or Benilde. Any ideas why DLSU’s CS programs aren’t listed? Nalaman ko lang rin recently na walang CS program ang Benilde, which is frustrating since hindi nagrerespond hanggang ngayon ang osds sakin.

digital signature for Recommendation Form
Since the recommendation form provided is fillable, is it possible(and accepted by admissions) for my recommender to simply attach their digital signature to the pdf? Thanks.
