Would anyone be able to read this for me?

My interpretation is that people at work don’t want me to succeed. I’m going for a promotion and I’m good at my job but I have a feeling like my own manager doesn’t want me to get the job and doesn’t want to help me either. Many people at work are jealous that I get along with people and have connection and that I was given prior opportunities to move up easily before.

(On the right, that big white part was a big bubble, it deflated a bit, the longer I left it sitting there)

But I would love a second opinion
