Hello All,

Incredibly new to all of this , but if it isn't the climate , it will be Russia.

My apologies, if I am oversimplifying, but I think I know the basics i.e. tinned foods, dog food, wind up radio, candles, etc. But I'm curious as to water supply.

I am lucky that I have enough space to keep bottle But should I be replenishing this on a monthly basis, or am I right to say it's better to just have desalinization tablets and use those as & when required?

Somehow I'm in the very fortunate position to (possibly) be breaking the 100k earning barrier this year & I wanted any advice possible on contributions I can make to try and keep my earnings under the 100k mark.

We've 2 children in nursery & ideally don't want to miss out on the 30 hrs free childcare

Both my employer & our nursery offer salary sacrifice through YellowNest - is this a worthwhile salary sacrifice? My understanding is we would lose the 20% government funded hours.

Pension contributions aside, are there any other methods to salary sacrifice?
