Hi,

My DR650 is new; I modified the charcoal canister and installed a sports exhaust. It ran fine with these mods—running a bit lean, perhaps, but it worked.

Then I changed the pilot jet to a 45 and the main jet to a 145 (as recommended on many forums in my country) and installed new handlebars.

After these changes, the bike wouldn't start; the engine turns over and the float bowl fills, but there is no spark. I suspect something related to the handlebar controls; I bypassed the clutch safety switch, and the ignition controls look fine—nothing unusual there.

How and what should I check, working from the spark plugs back to the battery? Or what else do you think it could be?

Necesito su consejo o experiencia. Actualmente tengo una DR 650 que voy equipando pensando en viajar y off road. Ciudad? si, tambien, solo por corredor norte o zonas no belicas... y a eso va la consulta.
Tengo aparte una Z400 que voy a vender con mucho dolor, y busco una 2da. moto para no sufrir, dejandola por ahi simplemente con alguna cadena, o no andar viendo para atras y andando perseguido. No salgo mucho igualmente, pero cuando me mueva por amba, quiero moverme tranquilo.
La opciones que pense que no sean robables, sean fieles y entren en un presupuesto ideal de 1.500 USD o maximo 2.500/3000 USD:

1. Scooter tipo kymco agility, pero realmente me deprimen.
2. Suzuki GN 125 modificada scrambler o alguna cirujeada de esas.
3. Y aca viene una duda que me surgio buscando:

Alguna moto robable pero hecha scrambler, los cacos le llamaria la atencion algun XR 250, CBX 250, XTZ 125, modificadosen este estilo? no le dejaria el logo ni en pedo, pero la idea me gusto, y me tienta tambien por la idea de meterle mano.
