My package has been stuck at a distribution facility for a little over a week. The most frustrating part is that the distribution facility is 30 minutes away from me, but obviously I can't just walk in and pick it up. The USPS site isn't helpful. I can't find a phone number to contact them and check if the package is lost or if it's just taking a while for them to sort it. I can't report it as missing either because there's no estimated delivery date for me to say that it passed. Not sure what to do.

I was having some minor cramps and they slowly went up (from a 0 to a 10 in about 2 hours I’d say). I could feel that the cramps were about to get worse (I was expecting, at worst, for them to go from a 10-60 in 15 minutes) so I stood up to get my pain medicine. Suddenly the cramps got so bad that I couldn’t stand, was crying, absolute worse pain I get on my period.

For context: I’ve always had painful periods, so the level of pain I experienced is unfortunately normal for me. What’s weird is the 0-100 in literally three seconds. Also that I’m barely bleeding, normally I get a VERY heavy blood flow when I get a lot of cramps.

Also, I’m on birth control to delay periods. Normally I don’t take it when I’m on my period but it’s the first day so I forgot and took it out of habit, so that might be the cause. There’s a history of uterine fibroids in my family if that’s relevant.
