What stress/brain herb do you think helps with resilience towards stress if one takes long-term?

Ive been using magnesium glycinate to keep me calm every single day for past year.

But the moment im off it sadly doesnt permanently change the brain's resilience.

So I would like to use something that actually will help me.

Ive had multiple concussions and have already done all the exercise diet and bloodwork could do.

Dont want to use psychiatric stuff unless have to so would like to go on herbs for half a year at least or something with breaks.
