Hey. I was given this patch by a friend who works at Stratcom. His coworker, who has been there a number of years, has this in a desk drawer. The JFCC was only around a short time. If it's original that's cool. The really odd part ---- it's not round. It's more of an oval or slight ellipse. I have a ton of patches, including from Stratcom and I've never run across this. It's clearly made that way on purpose.
Is anyone familiar with this? What are these given for?

I'm trying to get a couple of small runs made for the first time but it's proven to be challenging. So many companies charge so much and usually you can't tell what it will look like from a digital proof. Can y'all point me to companies that do quality detailed work in both embroidery and PVC?? Tell me about your experience please
