Find a book

SOLVED: The Saltwater Cruse by Avina St. Graves is what I was thinking of. Picture of cover in the comments.

Im trying to find a book with like 3 memories of the cover. I am pretty sure its romantasy, there is a hand on the cover, and the ocean.

I havent read the book but googling "hand on the cover ocean book" is not helping me.
