I know they shot the pilot in Atlanta but I hope they go and do the series in LA. In the original, that’s what made the show unique, it was like the city was another character. I always loved that.

So my jerkoff corporate landlord has finally rolled out an app to pay rent. We have been paying by check for years. Unfortunately, they say there is no way to split the rent (I have a roommate) on the app (AppFolio) so we still have to pay by check, which is a huge PITA.

Anyone ever use AppFolio? Or deal with this issue?

Ok so I’m seeing a new ENT this week and I *know* my hearing got worse and I really dislike the HA’s I have. Medi-Cal will pay for the cheapest ones the doc has to offer that don’t go over $1500.

I have a real hard time hearing speech in noise and real echoey places are a nightmare. In general, speech seems garbled to me a lot of the time or I just hear it wrong. Low talkers drive me insane.

Anyone got suggestions?

We all hate them. You end up spending too much money and none of it goes to the business. That’s why I try and use places that have their own delivery guys. I like to order from Pinball Pizza’s website, they have their very own super nice dudes. The website also has coupons and the new owners are super nice. (I am not affiliated, I just hate spending money I don’t have to)

Anyone have any others that don’t use the delivery services?
