Seit Januar macht mein Tesla Model 3 Baujahr 2020 böse Ärger. Das Problem äußer sich wie folgt : Bei gleicher Gasbetätigung gibt es Schwankungen im Fahrverhalten gefolgt vom absoluten Ausfall der Beschleunigung. Beschleunigungspedal ist durchgedrückt und das Auto bleibt stehen. Weder vorwärts noch rückwärts.

Selbstverständlich war ich schon bei Tesla, aber die Taten sich schwer das Problem einzugrenzen und konnten es in der Werkstatt auch nicht nochmal erzeugen. Auf Verdacht wurde der Kabelbaum der Antreibseinheit ausgetauscht und Zack eine Woche später das gleiche Problem. Daraufhin habe ich noch das Gaspedalmodul ausgetauscht und dann war bis Anfang Mai Ruhe bis es jetzt wieder mit der gleichen Problematik weitergeht.

Service Termin ist schon gebucht, aber vielleicht erkennt ja einer von euch woran es liegen könnte damit ich mit dem Wissen in den Service gehen kann.

I’m currently experiencing a recurring problem with my 2020 Tesla Model 3.

The car sometimes won’t move at all when I press the accelerator pedal—neither forward nor backward (as shown in the video). This issue first started in January and has happened occasionally since then.

I already took the car to a Tesla service center, but the mechanics couldn’t identify the root cause. Their best guess was a faulty wiring harness, which they replaced. Unfortunately, the problem came back about a week later.

Out of frustration, I ordered a new accelerator pedal module and replaced it myself. After that, the issue seemed to be resolved—until today, when it happened again.

While driving, the car suddenly started misinterpreting the accelerator input for a few seconds, even though I was holding it steady. This was followed by a complete loss of acceleration, along with the warnings:

• “Reduced power” (orange)
• “STOP IMMEDIATELY – driving not possible” (red)

It rained heavily last night, which makes me suspect that moisture might be affecting something. However, it has rained many times since January without causing this issue, so I’m not sure if that’s really the trigger.

In the end, I had to get the car towed to a non-Tesla workshop, where they are now trying to diagnose the problem.
