Recently my photobooks tracking went from being a label printed in Niagara Falls NY to "Tracking Not Available", is anyone else having the same problem or had the same thing happen before you received it? I've tried reaching out still no response after five days so figured I'd ask here.
I got my An Ending In Itself signed CD today, and the signed insert has a crease on it... Anyone here have experience with support with their merch? Is there anything I can do? Quite disappointing I was really excited to get it. Also was curious if anyone else had the same problem.
I was late to the merch on the Neon store. (I had no idea it was even there, but thanks to this subreddit I found out about it just recently) anyone know if the Never Come Down vinyl will ever restock? I tried emailing Neon but so far got nothing back, I would love to have the vinyl. It still says "pre-order now" on the store so maybe there is hope? or if someone knows any site that has it for sale.
