Rebirth Head Start Dynamic Difficulty Tips?

Just double dipped and grabbed both Remake and Rebirth on Xbox (previously completed both multiple times on PS5), so my fiancée can play them on PS5 NG+ while I play them on Xbox with Head Start (to sort of simulate NG+)

I got to the Mythril Golem today on Dynamic Difficulty on Head Start and I really got my butt kicked. I had to put it back down to Normal. Head Start starts you at level 65, and your Party Level is at the default 1, so that probably has something to do with it.

Anyone have any tips for Head Start Dynamic Difficulty in Rebirth? I'm contemplating either putting the Difficulty down to Normal or just flat out restarting without Head Start. I didn't want to redo a bunch of side content but I may have to 😅

My SPARTAN-III, from SPI to Mark VII

Hopped on to try Gauntlet, and realized I was not happy with any of my cores but Mirage. I've always been the biggest SPI fan, so I went back to basics for myself. Olive green, SPI style helmets. Considered Mark IV but I didn't feel it made sense
