I have a good pc and a good internet. I dont even lag in better games than valorant like Red Dead Redemption 2,Hogwarts Legacy, etc.But when it comes to valo,it freezes for a milisecond

Hi guys imma buy a new gaming pc but i have no idea which parts to pick.I got 1500€, I will use the pc for gaming(rdr2,valo,cyberpunk…).I need a 1440p monitor included in the build.Thanks!
