I 28F want to spoil my bf 26M and need help.

Men in happy relationships, please give me ideas for ways to spoil my bf- little things or medium sized things i can do here and there to surprise him and make him feel loved and seen.

We’ve been together a little over 3 years and have lived together for two. My bf is so so so good at knowing exactly what to do to make me happy- surprise me with icecream after a long shift, coffee and flowers when im in a bad mood, etc.

i try really hard to do the same thing, but im so bad at it that i feel like i just end up copying him- getting coffee and icecream or whatever stuff he’s already done for me. Since he did it first, i worry that he won’t feel as special. It just feels like im repeating favors.

What are some ideas of little ways to make him feel loved and appreciated?

Please help. I just had my thyroid removed (nodules, crap thyroid, Hashimoto’s/ hypothyroid) last Thursday. No issues with my skin until about 3-4 days later. Since then, for several days, I’ve had this horrible rash on the front of my neck, but only above the incision.

I’ve changed/ removed bandages, tried Benadryl pills and cream, cortisol cream, aquaphore, Zyrtec, and castor oil (all on different days/ times of day, not at the same times). Literally nothing has helped and it feels itchier every day.

Anyone know what this could be? I saw somewhere maybe it’s a Hashimoto’s thing? Or maybe because of the surgery all my thyroid levels are out of wack?

My Hashimoto’s, nodules (they thought was cancer), surgery, and hypothyroid diagnosis has all been within the last two months so i barely know anything about this thyroid nonsense.
