Whoop Stress Monitor is no joke
I find it super accurate and it’s truly one of the main reasons I’m still paying for it.
I had a very uncomfortable call today and wasn’t looking forward to it at all and Whoop detected my stress rising about a minute after the call started.
The call ended and it went way better than I expected and my stress started dropping almost instantly after the call ended.
Anyone else finds it this accurate?
