Working on getting snowdin town done!

Heres a little update on snowdin town, ive posted this dev release on patreon so if youd like to buy me a coffee you can get it there!

We've also got some VGM working like in the save file sound.

Dont mind the color palette issues in the Inn it will be fixed!
