What if the events of volume 17 and 18 happen after volume 21?

Lest say that some incident happened and Freya had to Postpone or delay her plan untill after the events of volume 21 and everything that happened during volume 19-21 would stay the same, so what will happen?

Would the loki familia chose to help the hestia familia or will they still not participate in the war game because Freya familia also helped in the rescue mission?

Or will everyone in Orario and school district immediately attack the Freya familia to save their hero and his familia after Hestia lifts the effects of the brainwashing/Charm?

I created a tier list of the most skilled and experienced fighters between the playable characters, its mostly based on what i have learned about them form the Archon quests and Story quests since i usually dont read the profile stories
