i was fighting a hanami. he made a couple bushes. I told him im not fighting him over there. he said he is not gonna come to me. im actively in game. Any tips?

im trying to learn choso. His base is pretty simple but i have questions about his ult

1. When i use the first move sometimes it kinda just shoots out a pathetic squirt while other times its a full piss missile how do i do piss missile mode consistently?
2. Why does his ult drain so fast? And is there anything i can do about it?
3. when i use his special in ult what does it actually do? Cuz unless im blind (most likely am) im not seeing a difference in his moves

im a charles main and i just got done in a ranked match with a todo user. dude barley touched me. Its SO easy to counter todo's moves😭✌️
