Getting really stressed now

I'm 21F and was recently diagnosed with PTB. I accidentally found out cause I was having a medical for my internship, they found something unusual in my xray that required me to get a ct scan with contrast. Xray impression said that I have a solitary rounded nodular opacity, measuring 1.0 x 1.0 cm in my upper lobe and CT scan said it is measured atleast 13 x 12 mm. I also got a sputum test and came back with a result of mtb detected and interpreted it as very low. When I had the diagnosis, I was really shocked cause I don't have the other symptoms. I never had fevers nor lost weight; in fact I gain weight. When it comes to coughing, I have little to no cough and the last bad cough I remember was 2 years ago.

But I know I can't do anything about it and just accept and adhere to the medication plan. I am currently on my 4th day of HRZE and as a medical student, I'm not really that worried cause I know for a fact that this disease can be cured. My main concern is about my future career, I have been researching everything about TB since I got diagnosed and it led me to questions regarding work plans. I have plans on working at Kuwait but my whole world shattered last night when I saw that they have strict guidelines when it comes to TB even though you are fully cleared. I kept on researching if it is possible to have little to no scars in your lungs once you've got fully healed from it and just saw a few saying that it is possible. Is there really a chance for it not to leave a scar or put a scar little enough for the chest xray not to detect? Considering the fact that I detected it early and the nodule is not that big yet? This really made me cry for hours and I need someone who will truly understand how this is affecting me right now.
