Got allotment here for MCA in CAP round 2. How are the placements and college overall? There's barely anything on the Internet to find out. Is it worth it.

It's been more than 1 hour of no power. In the last few weeks, the power cut issue has increased, esp in midnight. These people can't even keep up with basic infrastructure.
I(21F) graduated last year and couldn't appear for MAH MCA CET then. This year I scored 91.2 percentile.
I'm only looking for Mumbai colleges. Tier 1 colleges like VJTI/SPIT seem out of reach at this percentile.
Is 91.2 enough for any good Tier 2 MCA college in Mumbai through CAP, or is another drop to aim for 99+ a better option?
Looking for advice from people who've gone through MAH MCA CET admissions.
