Hi! Chronic gastritis girly here 🙋♀️. It’my first time to try DGL, but I’m quite confused how to take it. This brand is Kirkland and it says to take with meals and that’s vague to me. Is that before or after or while I eat? I googled it and most sources would say 20 mins before but I would like to make sure. I dont want to have a bad reaction from it. My tummy is very sensitive.
