I’ve been reading Stonewalkers and I love the appearance of the first Everstorm. In the books at the battle of Narak it’s a monumental occasion and the rest of the world feels it but it feels lackluster in Stonewalkers. You fight some Skyeels and have to keep your ship from sinking. Anyone recommend how to liven it up, perhaps it occurs in the city and Parshmen start revolting or perhaps some of the Parshmen on the boat are inhabited by Fused?

I started a Cosmere RPG using the Bridge Nine quick adventure and after that leveled them up to Level 3. Since then I found the Stonewalkers book and loved it and so last session had them meet Taszo and begin the quest however now that they’re at the part of the bandit ambush I realize they’re level 3. How do I feasibly make the beginning challenging for a level 3 party without steamrolling them with Eyes of Pala?

For context I was in a straight out of high school relationship for the past seven years when we decided to split amicably. Since the split we remain very close friends but of course, would rather not live with each other again. We have three cats, two siblings and one adopted later by our roommate who neglected to take care of her so she became ours. This cat adopted by our roommate has become very attached to be specifically, she follows me around, sleeps with me, meows at me every 24/7 (a trait I love) and is overall very attached to me to the point where the other cats leave me alone as I feel like she’s made me “her territory.” During the split we discussed the cats but haven’t finalized it yet as we have a few months before we move out. My ex wants to keep the sibling kitties for sure and is open to taking our third cat but I desperately want her though worry that taking her away from our other two cats, who she does sleep and play with, may hurt her however my main issue is my living situation. When I am to move out I have two options,

-move in with my best friend of many years who has no cats but is planning to adopt a dog soon and I would be living on his couch until we can build me a bedroom in his house (he’s incredibly kind) which I feel like could be unfair to my best friend and also my cat who is used to having cats and has never met a dog.

Or

-move back into my parents house. The issue with that is my parents are very much hoarders, I grew up in a filthy environment and am not thrilled this is my option but if I move back in my parents allow me to not pay rent which will let me rebuild my credit and go to college while also working and not having to worry about bills however I do NOT want to bring my cat into that situation as I fear for her health but if I leave her with my ex I worry she will miss me far too much. I can likely see her every now and then but I don’t know if it’ll be the same.
