I personally think it would be more interesting, with Yuri being able to add more uniqueness to the Kyokugenryu style. You can literally create a whole new fighting style with Yuri.

The game is also in serious need of more female fighters. This would've been a good opportunity to fill in its lacking area. Without Chun LI, there would be only 5 females in the roster. They haven't taken advantage of how well female characters in fighting games sell at all.

We have the Kim's sons in the game and in the meta, they're hardly used, the same with the grapplers (probably has more to do with the game's homogenized high damage, and health values).
