Hdmi auto switching madness

Anyone else's lg TV seem to have no idea what HDMI port to switch to when devices are switched on.

So for example I have an Xbox in port 4, I switch it on, the TV tells me Xbox is available on 4 then proceeds to change to hdmi 2. This can happen as well if the TV is off, I switch on the Xbox, the TV turns on but decides a completely different port is the one to switch to.

Or more annoyingly I will be watching my fire stick on hdmi3, switch on my Xbox and the TV will just sit flicking between the two ports until I restart the TV and then manually select port 4

I really like the rest of this telly but this is doing my nut in.

Has anyone seen this, or hopefully solved this?

Ammo pity mechanic? When did this become a thing.

So I was watching esotericks guide to SF vespers host and he did something I've never seen before.

https://youtu.be/WFUVE7-QWvg?si=pn4nbmqIo7lxoDDn

He talks about an ammo pity mechanic.

Jump to about 12 mins where he is in the bunker about to go to damage, he deliberately empties his rocket pulse so it only had 2 bullets going into damage.

Then jump to about 14 mins and you see he runs out of everything. Then suddenly he gets refilled out of nowhere. Apparently there game will pity you and pick up ammo from around the map (or that's how it was described).

He does this on both phases and it doesn't appear to be on class activation which I know you can hoover stuff up with a mod.

Anyone ever seen this before as it's news to me? Or have I just been totally blind to it for 10 years

This week of all weeks. Heater/AC vents issue

Hi, hoping someone may be able to shed light on how to fix a problem that has occurred at the worst possible time on my 18 Leon Cupra.. its the hottest day of the year in the UK and i have to drive a 300mile round trip later today

So my air vents in my car have stopped working properly.

Fan motor is running at full speed, i can hear them and are responding to the speed control.

A tiny bit of air is coming out of the vents but its like an asthmatic pensioner.

The buttons that direct the air to feet/face/windscreen seem to have no effect.

When I press the "auto" button then I get good airflow but only through the dash vents, not the feet or windscreen vents. As soon as i set it to manual speed it all dies again. the air is sort of cooled but not great, i suspect after 95k miles it may need a re-gas to resolve that one

Weirdly it did this to me when i was in the continent last year and it was mental hot so i can only assume its a hot ambient temperature problem as when i came back to my car later on in the evening it all worked again as expected, just like in Europe.

Appreciate any ideas as to where to start looking or has anyone experienced this before
