PSA: Suzuki Cappuccino (EA11R) '91 is back in the UCD… as it does nearly every month, but this time with significantly low mileage by comparison

https://gran-turismo.fandom.com/wiki/Suzuki\_Cappuccino\_(EA11R)\_%2791

It has been over a year since a Cappuccino has been available with mileage under 80,000 km, and a year since it was available with less than 90,000 km.

https://ddm999.github.io/gt7info/cars/prices_779.png

That changed today with release of a Satellite Silver Metallic livery with only 6,235 km. Not as low as a Special Pick, but surprisingly low for this car.

Of course, mileage has no impact on performance in GT7, but I am well aware that many like to have low mileage cars in the game regardless of that fact.

There is also a terrific engine swap option for the 13B-REW twin rotary & twin turbo engine from the Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type A (FD) '02 for a huge boost in power.

https://gran-turismo.fandom.com/wiki/Mazda\_RX-7\_Spirit\_R\_Type\_A\_(FD)\_%2702

There is also a Wide Body option, but just a subtle difference, so might not be worth the permanent change.

PSA: *10 Special Picks currently available in UCD *one appears to have the incorrect mileage?

Today they added 8 more “Special Pick” cars to the 2 that were already there.

However the black Mitsubishi FTO’s says it’s a Special Pick, but it isn’t marked as “New” and has a normal mileage, and the Nissan 180SX also says it’s a Special Pick, but also isn’t marked as “New” and also has normal mileage. 🤷‍♂️

The remaining 5 cars are a collection of Nissan Silvias (which suggests they might be for an upcoming Weekly Challenge).

4 Variants of the BMW 3.0 CSL ‘74 that make for a great addition to the garage!

(typo on year in title… should be ‘73)

Similar to yesterday’s post RE the availability and variants of the Alpine A110 ‘72:

https://www.reddit.com/r/GranTurismo7/s/dzlgnm9Iqc

Today, PD made available as a “Special Pick” a very special low mileage and livery of the BMW 3.0 CSL ‘73:

https://www.reddit.com/r/GranTurismo7/s/pUL1O9K40V

And this car also has a terrific engine swap option for the V8 P65B44 from the 2011 BMW Z4 GT3 race car, and a very aggressive Wide Body modification.

So like the Alpine, I went ahead and made four variants:

Original

Engine Swap

Original w/Wide Body, All Engine Mods, and Weight Reductions

Engine Swap w/Wide Body, Bolt-ons, and Weight Reductions

BTW: Sharp eyes may notice that the wheels I put on the engine swap variants are a nod to the Z4 GT3 car the engine came from. 😎

PSA: BMW 3.0 CSL ‘73 is currently available in the UCD as a rare “Special Pick” with model year mileage in the rare Chamonix Limited Edition livery (also has an excellent race engine swap & wide body option)

The BMW 3.0 CSL ‘73 is back in the UCD:

https://gran-turismo.fandom.com/wiki/BMW_3.0_CSL_%2773

Most of the time it is only available with very high mileage (doesn’t impact performance, but I know many players express interest in low mileage examples in the game)… but as a “Special Pick” this time it get’s model year mileage (in kms).

For original livery collectors, it also comes in the rare Chamonix Limited Edition livery. 😎

It also has a Wide Body option… and quite a dramatic one at that. 😳 However, for those that want to keep the original livery… get a duplicate car, as it will not only remove the livery name from your car, but also it does dramatically change the look… and it can not be reversed.

It also has a fantastic Engine Swap option with the V8 P65B44 from the 2011 BMW Z4 GT3 race car:

https://gran-turismo.fandom.com/wiki/BMW_Z4_GT3_%2711

This also means (in GT7’s quirky way) you get “better mileage” (IRL it’s because of a larger fuel cell, but in GT7 all cars have the same 100 liter fuel tank, so instead they just give the race engines better fuel mileage to effectively act like they have bigger fuel cells)… don’t ask me why… it’s just one of those odd GT quirks. 🤷‍♂️

Anyway, I highly recommend this car, and even getting three extra, one for just an engine swap; another for a wide body, engine mods, and weight reductions; and another for a engine swap and everything added.

For those curious what the performance figures look like for these variants before committing any credits, I’ll update this OP with a link to all that info in just a bit… but for the time being I’ve included a screen shot with all four side by side.

UPDATE: Here are the four variants:

4 Variants of the Alpine A110 ‘72 that IMO are well worth adding to any garage!

Just yesterday the Alpine A100 ‘72 came back to the UCD, but this time with very low mileage:

https://www.reddit.com/r/GranTurismo7/s/WjXwsCSsL4

In addition, it was a reminder just how nice the engine swap is for this car!

It can be swapped with the SR20DET engine from the Nissan Silvia spec-R Aero (S15) '02

https://gran-turismo.fandom.com/wiki/Nissan\_Silvia\_spec-R\_Aero\_(S15)\_%2702

The Nissan Silvia spec-R Aero (S15) Touring Car uses the same engine… but is specially tuned with greater HP & torque.

The engine swap is also quite a bargain compared to most engine swaps at just 136k credit… and it nearly doubles the HP & Torque without adding much weight.

This car also has a Wide Body option, even though it already has pretty significant fender flares, that still manages to give the car a special look, and with wide offset rims, does improve the handling.

I’ve included a bunch of screenshots of each variation and tune sheets if anyone is interested in doing something similar as well… these make an excellent addition to the garage! 🍻

3rd is original, but with wide body and fully modified.

4th is with the engine swap, wide body and fully modified.
