Band inspo for low set e-ring

Band inspo for low set e-ring

I have a low set elongated cushion. I don’t mind ring gap at all but I’ve learned that the metal from a wedding band can slowly wear down the prongs that it rubs against and I’d like to avoid that!

I’m leaning towards getting a custom open shank band that can allow my actual wedding band to sit flush. I really want a thicker gold band (~3 or more mm)for the wedding band as my e-ring band appears thin due to it being knife edge.

If anyone has a gap/open shank band for a flush fit plus an additional full wedding band in their stack, please post photos! Especially if your wedding band width is thick!!! Trying to get inspo.

Haircut advice - what to ask for?

I have thin hair and a cowlick at my hairline that makes one side of my hair go straight down while the other side looks normal. My hair really lacks volume around on top of my head so it tends to look very flat and literally frames my head like a helmet. Also I would say I have a big forehead…

I’ve tried curtain bangs before and the cowlick makes it look really asymmetrical. Also have tried face framing layers which I don’t hate, but the cowlick and no volume at the top issue is still there!

Is there any advice on a new kind of (preferably more low maintenance) haircut/style I could ask for? I have long hair and would like to keep it that way, but I’m open to bangs as long as they’re not straight across the face because I have sensory issues if they’re like that. If it helps my face shape is oval-ish!
