Which character from the Watchmen universe would fit with each color of the Emotional Spectrum? Which power ring would search for the characters?

I was reading Forged by Dragon's Fire and it hits me. With that 7 point Wonder l, you gain the benefits of eidetic memory, math gifted and exact time notion, plus other Merits, and Mind 1 and Forces 1 as well.

Isn't it pretty big of benefits (that should costs like 7 freebie points of Merits and 14 points of Spheres) for only a 3 level Background?
