Best Way to Bend 5/8" diameter Mild Steel Tube

Best Way to Bend 5/8" diameter Mild Steel Tube

Hello! Is was going to post this in the monthly question thread but it doesn't really look like many people get responses in there.

I'm currently trying to make this 45" wide go kart bumper. I'm having a difficult time finding an answer as to what tool to use to bend these tubes. Everything I've seen seems like it's either for bending much larger tubes or for conduit.

The radius of the ends is 5.125", but I can change that if tube bending die only come in very specific radii.

maximum Front track width on my kart is 41" and rear track width is 51". Noticed on every other kart I race against, their front track is much wider.

My initial thought was that if other people were running a wider rear track then I should too. Basically if 51" is working for everyone else, then it'll probably work for me too.

I realized though that perhaps front and rear track widths should be treated more like a ratio? Like if 45"front/51"rear is working for most other people, then the most similar ratio for me would be 41"front/46.5"rear?

Sorry I am a bit naive on this stuff... Just looking for some insight as to how I should approach this.
