Adjustments for mental health conditions where subject does not take the medications required for them to meet role requirements

In England would it be reasonable to argue that someone with an ADHD diagnosis (though we have not confirmed that) who has told us they do not take their medication is contributing to there own situation and that we cannot be required to make addtional more adjustments. In an interview (for a volunteer role at a charity) the interviewee disclosed that that had ADHD and that becuase they did not liek their medications (the side effects) we must allow them to be inconsistent with their attendance and time keeping. If it were somethng like giving written instructions I could accpt this but we cannot run the charity with people who do not turn up in time to meet the minibus of service users or who leave early without allowing us time to address cover. I know that voluntary roles are different but how do I navigate this through the law - The interviewee will face sanctions from DWP if they do not take part in the role that they have applied for if we offer it.

Is Laura Kuenssberg really worth all this money? Or are any of them?

I dont mind paying my license fee for all the great programming but think that radio hosts and political journalists should be paid a more relalistic salary.

Husband and I are going in opposite directions when it comes to climax times

Gay couple both early 30's. Not sure what to do here but husband is cumming increasingly quickly. It take 3-4 thrusts and its all over for him who-ever is topping. He's never been particularly lang lasting but its a bit disconcerting for me. I on the other hand have gone from being a slow coach to downright painfully slow - the point of sunday being asked to stop becuase I was making him sore. we do lots of other stuff but even BJ's and handies take him a few moments and me an age. Any thoughts?

When writing do you know your protagonist really well? My first few books have not been great because the main characters weren’t properly drawn. I just written an other one but before I started a write a character bible and practiced putting the. Into all sorts of situations, most,y not related to the book plot, just to make sure I could write them. Sending them on dates, to the theatre, walking in the wild and eating dinner at home with family. None of which is relevant. Now I feel I know them that writing them is easier and more natural. Is this a technique that anyone else uses.
