Hera, Demeter and Hestia’s origins

So I was reading the famtheon comic by Neal-Illustrator (I quite enjoy their art) and in post comic text they wrote “Fun fact! Hestia, Demeter and Hera were all gifts created by the Titans for Chronos.” And then a bit more on the specifics of this. I can’t find any mention of this in any of the texts I’ve looked through (granted I am no classics scholar), is this meant to be something created purely for the famtheon comic? It’s certainly an interesting take I haven’t seen before and I’d be fascinated if it were reflected in any ancient texts. I do suspect it might just be an attempt to lessen the incest between Hera and Zeus within their story though.
