The beard was a fail. Going for the stache as the clean look I had most my life. Is this go or no go?

Just an average dad. Looking to chat while at work to pass some time between actual work. Ok to talk with people from all walks of life. Found through the aging that keeping friends has been difficult with family as getting all personalities to match is a challenge. Anyone else seen this?
