Hi all,
I smoked a small pork butt this weekend- no wrap, It went for about 10 hours. Added to a tray towards to end when I was almost up to temp was hoping for some juices to come out.

I pulled it and next day I added some rub, avc and apple juice to help make it a lil more juicy. So delicious and I can’t wait to keep trying things!

Also, made homemade potato rolls - I know this is Weber group but I’m just so proud of me 😂❤️
