Lately i've come across many enveloped with original stamps from the USSR while buying stamps the past few months, and i was thinking of starting to collect them. Is there any catalogs out there that catalog these? Thanks!

Hello, i (19M) have been diagnosed with grave's disease since 2019. Been on carbimazole since.
Taking 3 tablets on weekdays, 4 on weekends. It has been getting worse, probably due to A level stress.
Lately i have had heart palpitations and its a new feeling and it has happened often enough for me to notice. Made a quick google search and heart palpitations as well as chest discomfort is a symptom of irregular heartbeat? What should i do? Is it a case of concern and what can i do to alleviate it? Thanks!
Not sure if this is relevant, but in the past i used to have regular thyroid flare-ups when triggered by stress, and that seems to be gone and replaced by this.
