i have a sony vaio,very old, i upgraded some things on my laptop,it has 6gb ddr3,nvidia geforce 310m(256 mb gddr3) ,i3 330M cpu and an ssd,i want to play gta 5 is there any mod or tweaks i can do to make it playable? (also please suggest other games as well)
