M24, 5’8, 160 lbs. none smoker; I use topical steroids for skin. I also take nasal spray from time to time due to allergies

I’ve had eczema all my life. Recently however, I’ve had what the worst flare up I’ve ever had, if it even is eczema. It’s all over my legs, sides, arms, and chest. None on my face - just some dry skin there.

However, it’s unbearable. It’s so itchy. I’ve tried moisturizing, allergy medicine, nsaids, hypochlorous spray, diet changes. I’m just needing some sort of solution. I go to a dermatologist and allergist, and am seeing my general doctor later this week.
