Recently joined this gym, but I can’t work out how to actually get started there! Things like sorting access, getting an induction, etc.

Might be better off just popping over at some point and speaking to someone, but figured I’d ask here and see if anyone knew first 😅. Not sure if I’ve just missed an email or something!

I really struggle to find a helmet that fits me, so tend to not wear one, which isn’t ideal….

Got a bit of a weird head shape. Super flat at the back. But wide. Circumference 57cm. Most helmets are either too “narrow” or are wide enough but far, far too “long”.

Surely I can’t be the only one with this problem 😅 anyone got any recs for helmets that might fit me that I can buy within the UK?
