Going through another rewatch and I just realized these two lines, both from Hank:

Season 3, episode 2 (to Bobby): Bobby has a girlfriend? All right, son. She's real, right? I mean she's not imaginary or on a cereal box or anything, is she

Season 6, episode 20 (to Bill): Remember when you fell in love with that speed skater on the Wheaties box? Turns out she was real, too, but that didn't make her your girlfriend

Not sure if this was intentional by the writers, but in my own head canon, that line came to Hank's mind because he may have recently dealt with that actual issue with Bill
